From the design to the launch of a product, we maintain close relationships with everyone in manufacturing, always paying workers a living wage. All of our pieces are created by hand in our own factory, with extremely special fabrics so that every piece can be something that's endlessly appreciated.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK
Go to the product page and enter your email address to join the waitlist. You will be notified when it is back in stock. If the waitlist is not available, the item has been archived and we will not be restocking.
I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact help@iamnotbasic.com with the correct address. If the package has already shipped and is in transit, we are unable to make any changes.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG / DAMAGED ITEM
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us help@iamnotbasic.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include photos of the item along with the tags attached.
MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED
This authorization attempt is common with Shopify when billing information is entered incorrectly. Authorization is needed to check if a card holder has the sufficient funds to be approved by the merchant. If there is a problem with validation, the authorization is cancelled, but you may still see a pending charge on the account. The charge will be dropped within 48 hours by your bank.
